ABOUT COMPETITORS
Private research on internal combustion engines has never stopped and in 2022 is getting new interest, since criticisms about vehicles conversion to full electric are coming out also to public opinion. This is clearly proved by many projects alive, but also the most funded ones among those cannot compete with CONVEE design superiority.
In comparison with other opposed pistons assemblies CONVEE is more compact. It doesn't need external turbocharging organs nor external refrigeration circuits, since second effect made at the pistons back already blows fresh air from outside and pushes it towards the combustion chamber, both cooling down the metal structure and increasing efficiency with the same heat transfer: by decreasing the work needed for compression, being the volume at the pistons front cooler, and decreasing the work needed for suction, being the volume at pistons back warmer.
In comparison with all new rotative assemblies instead, CONVEE has none of their sealing consumption and oil burn issues. In fact, all rotating assemblies must, for physic necessity, have special sealing rubbing tangentially or worse longitudinally the case or the rotor, with also inevitable corner leakage. If there were no sealing, rotors subject to heat deformation especially at the combustion side will certainly be leaking burnt gases: magic isn't engineering!
CONVEE pistons are purely pushed and pulled axially, and this is something that classical crank-rod assemblies could never achieve (since there pistons were pushed also laterally against the cylinder liner): this allows most precise tolerances between pistons circumference and cylinder's liner, meaning the chance for the liner to touch exclusively pistons rings and not piston skirt (which may be in fact absent), meaning tiny to zero amount of oil needed on the liner inner surface, and justifying astonishing mechanical efficiency and lowest emissions.
CONVEE IN PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION
Personal transportation industry is a huge market facing deep change. Very soon, because of the global climate crisis raging on, the market will have to meet the real people's need: efficiency beyond energy waste, also where electric infrastructures couldn't be sufficient or efficient.
Many authoritative sources directly involved in automotive field keep on warning that electric cars may actually worsen CO2 emission rate:

Renewable energy exploitation, with solar panels on the rooftop of already built areas and offshore wind turbines, is a great idea for stationary applications, but the power achievable is still low and discontinuous. Most of the energy required to recharge electric cars may then only come from fossil fuels, nuclear power and untraced trees cut overexploitation, losing vital photosynthesis: https://www.wwf.eu/?uNewsID=2128466
The best real chance to make transportation sustainable starts instead from powertrain downsizing, affecting whole vehicle structure's mass and volume, than air resistance: this is what CONVEE is about!
Its inspiration comes from studying mechanical engineering, engines history and global efficiency of energy production, remembering the laws of thermodynamics, which will survive any marketing hype.
